All items ship within 3 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for your product to arrive. Contact us if any questions or concerns arise. We’re here to help!

We want you to love what you ordered. But if your item isn’t quite what you expected, don’t worry—we’ve got your back.

• One Month Window – You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if it’s a forever thing.

• Condition Check – Items should come back to us in the same condition you received them (we can’t take back goods that have been heavily used, worn, or altered).

• Quick + Easy – Reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the return process—no endless forms, no hassle.

• Refunds & Credits – Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. In some cases, you may choose store credit if you’d rather pick something new instead.

We believe returns shouldn’t feel like a breakup—they’re just a gentle redirection toward the item that was meant for you.
